Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping for all orders within India at a flat rate of INR 100 for prepaid orders and INR 200 for COD orders. Orders are shipped anywhere between 10-14 business days due to the fact that all of our garments are made after receiving your orders and as per your specifications. Usually orders are shipped much quicker but this is a just-in-case.  

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide, the rate will be a flat INR 2,500 irrespective of your location. International orders will be dispatched in 12 working days. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for shipping.  

Customs / Duties

Customs / duties / any additional charges (if any) are levied as the package reaches its destination country. Doh Tak Keh does not take any responsibility for any additional charges, nor will we be aware of them as they solely depend on the destination country. If you would like to know more about any duties or taxes that might be applicable in your country, we recommend reaching out to your nearest customs office with any inquiries you may have.

COD / Failed Deliveries

We do offer an option for Cash on Delivery (CoD) on all our products at an additional charge of Rs 200.

For any packages that fail to be delivered due to the customer not being available, incorrect contact details, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay - Doh Tak Keh does not take responsibility for the same or the shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order upon your request. If your order is returned and you wish for it to be shipped again, you will have to bear the shipping fee.
