WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
In order to reduce any discrepancies , almost all our products for direct sale on the site or Instagram are free of conventional sizing and have a size guidance on the website for our sizing . However , if YOU are unsure in any aspect we implore you to contact our client services team before placing an order . We DO NOT offer a refund only exchanges on similar priced or above products from our website that are not a part of any ongoing offers.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange only under the following conditions :
- An incorrect product has been delivered
- If the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect
- If the product received is incorrect , get in touch with our client services team and send an image of the received garment
- The exchange is eligible only and only if our team has been informed 3 DAYS from the date of product received
PLEASE NOTE that each exchange request is considered as an individual case and our team will resolve it in the best way possible , our customers are our priority , always.
Your garments WILL NOT BE considered for an exchange if :
- The product returned has been worn or washed before sending it back to us
- The original tags are not intact
- The reason for return in any case of a defect is incorrect.
PLEASE DO NOT , send any garments back without any written confirmation from our client services team . No exchange would be made in such mistakes.
The fee charged for CASH ON DELIVERY orders will not be refunded incase of exchanges .

Once the confirmation for exchange has been given please make sure that it is well packaged and posted with a tracking number, any damage to products during return shipping will not be DTK’s responsibility. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs or any duty reimbursement in the case of international orders. You have 3 days after you receive the goods to make this happen!
